Delivery — in summary
The CF Trading Service is digital. There is nothing physical to ship. When you buy a subscription, we grant you immediate (or near-immediate) access to the Service through your account. You need an active internet connection, a modern web browser and (for indicator access) a TradingView account at an appropriate tier. The Service is available worldwide subject to limited country restrictions.
1. About this Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy is issued by CF Cycle Trading Limited (“CF Trading”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and explains how the Service is delivered to you after you subscribe.
2. What you receive
When you buy a subscription you receive, depending on your tier:
- access to our proprietary indicators on the TradingView platform via a username-based grant from us;
- access to our member area on our website, including dashboards, briefings and educational content;
- service-related emails, including welcome communications, billing confirmations and security notices; and
- customer support during published support hours.
3. How and when you receive the Service
- After successful checkout, your account is provisioned immediately or, at the latest, within 24 hours.
- Indicator access on TradingView is granted to the TradingView username you provide. You will see the indicators appear in your TradingView account shortly after grant. The exact timing depends on TradingView’s caching and your login session.
- You will receive a welcome email with onboarding information. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact support.
- No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping fees.
4. System requirements
- An internet connection.
- A modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox).
- For indicator features: an active TradingView account at the tier required to use private invite-only indicators. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your TradingView account.
- For member-area features: cookies must be enabled (strictly necessary cookies are needed to log in).
5. Geographic availability
- The Service is available worldwide, subject to the restrictions in our Terms and Conditions and to any restrictions imposed by Applicable Laws.
- We do not make the Service available to persons in any jurisdiction in which provision of the Service would be unlawful, or to any person who is the subject of UK, EU, UN or US sanctions or who is otherwise a Prohibited Person under our Terms.
- We may at any time restrict or withdraw availability of the Service in any country or territory where required by law or where it is no longer commercially appropriate to operate.
6. Service availability and uptime
- We target high availability for the Service. We do not, however, give any guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for periods of unavailability.
- The Service may be unavailable from time to time because of scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party platform outages (including TradingView and our cloud hosting providers) or events outside our reasonable control.
- We will give reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable, by email or through the Service. We may need to perform emergency maintenance without prior notice.
- Our status page is published at [status URL] and is updated as incidents occur.
7. Support
- Customer support is available through our contact us page.
- Published support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. Priority support is available to higher-tier subscribers as described on the pricing page.
- We target response times of one (1) business day for general queries. For urgent service-impacting issues we aim to respond as soon as practicable.
- Support is provided in English.
8. If you cannot access the Service
- Check your internet connection and that you are logged in to the account from which the subscription was purchased.
- For indicator features, confirm that you are logged in to TradingView using the username supplied to us, and that your TradingView account is at the required tier.
- Check our status page for any reported incidents.
- If the issue persists, contact us through our contact us page with your account email, a description of the issue, and any error messages or screenshots.
9. Changes
We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at cftrading.co.uk. The “Effective” date on the cover shows when the policy was last updated.
